We will try our utmost to meet your needs and design the rug of your dreams and make the process as rewarding as possible.
In this first stage of the process we will discuss your ideas and figure out exactly what you are looking to design. We will consider materials, colours, design and budget.
The information from our briefing will be used to do sketches or find examples based on your wishes. Since your commission is a unique one, we will need to use our creativity at this stage to envision what the final product will look like. At this stage we recommend making any changes or adjustments to your design.
Once the design is approved for production by you, a deposit of 50% of the project value is required before we commence.
Once design has been approved this is sent to our master craftsmen to start production. We supervise the entire process and will have regular updates for you at this stage. The process may take between 26 to 52 weeks to complete depending on the size and intricacy of your chosen design.
We know that with time, our handmade rugs become more beautiful and more valuable. After receiving the final balance, we will arrange for your rug to be delivered, depending on the size of your piece, we also offer an installation service.
